Darrell C. Dethlefs is an accomplished attorney with a strong background in workers’ compensation litigation, commercial and residential real estate, lending, title insurance, banking, land use, leasing, commercial litigation and aviation law.
 
Darrell C. Dethlefs was recognized by his peers in the legal community in the June 2015 issue of Harrisburg Magazine as a local leader in the practice of law in central Pennsylvania. He is the founder of the Dethlefs-Pykosh Law Group, which he established in January 1993. His clients have included large national banks, real estate investment trusts and TICs.

Brett Flower

Originally from Connecticut, Brett attended Virginia Tech, graduating with a Bachelors of Science in Environmental Policy and Planning and a minor in Watershed Management. While at VT, Brett rode on the IHSA Equestrian Team with annual trips to Zone Finals and a ribboning at the 2008 National Finals. Prior to pursuing law school, Brett worked for the Virginia Department of Game and Inland Fisheries as a Biologist Assistant.

Christopher J. Gleeson

Christopher J. Gleeson

Christopher J. Gleeson is an attorney with the Dethlefs-Pykosh Law Group and handles legal cases in municipal law, zoning, debt defense, contracts, construction and general litigation.
 
Prior to joining the Dethlefs-Pykosh Law Group, Christopher performed government affairs and public policy work for the Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA). While employed with PBA, he was a registered state lobbyist, and helped represent the interests of residential home builders within the state government. Before working with PBA, Christopher served as a Senior Judicial Law Clerk for the Honorable Edward E. Guido, President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Cumberland County.
 
Christopher graduated from Temple University and earned his Juris Doctor at The Pennsylvania State University Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania. While studying law, he worked as an intern for the Office of General Counsel for the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation and received an IOLTA Fellowship to work as an intern for MidPenn Legal Services in Harrisburg, PA.
 
Christopher currently serves on the Board of Directors for the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention South Central Pennsylvania Chapter and is the Chairperson of the Public Policy Committee. Charles J. Hartwell

Charles J. Hartwell

Charles Hartwell has been practicing law since 1988. Prior to joining the Dethlefs-Pykosh Law Group, he served for 12 years as a prosecuting attorney for the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, bringing disciplinary actions against a wide range of professional licensees. He has successfully represented accountants, behavioral specialists, professional counselors, car salespersons, doctors and a number of other licensees.
 
Charles has also conducted a debtor/creditor bankruptcy practice since 1988. He has been practicing in the United States Bankruptcy Courts of all Pennsylvania Districts since 1993, representing debtors and creditors in adversary litigation in Chapters 7, 11, and 13.

Richard Hollingworth is a workers’ compensation defense attorney with the Dethlefs-Pykosh Law Group and has over 25 years of experience. Richard focuses on defending insurance companies, third-party administrators, and employers against workers’ compensation claims.
 
Richard is a proud graduate of Millersville University, and received his Juris Doctor from Dickinson Law School where he was a member of The Dickinson Law Review and The Woolsack Honor Society. He also had the honor of receiving the Bowman Administrative Law Award.
 
Early in his legal career, Richard served as Law Clerk to The Honorable Richard Eckman, President Judge of the Court of Common Pleas of Lancaster County, PA. Katherine L. McDonald

Katherine is an attorney with the Dethlefs-Pykosh Law Group. She focuses on family law and estate planning. Before joining the firm, Katherine started her own general practice focusing on elder law, estate planning and family law.
 
Katherine is a proud graduate of Bucknell University, majoring in political science and psychology. She also played four years of Division I softball as a pitcher. She earned her Juris Doctor from the Dickinson School of Law of The Pennsylvania State University in Carlisle, PA, where she was a member of the Phil Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. Following graduation, she was admitted to the Bar of Pennsylvania.

Mike started his practice as an in-house counsel for a large land development company. In his 25 years of practice, he has obtained a wide range of experience in a variety of practice areas including real estate, due diligence, workers’ compensation, bankruptcy, debtors’ rights, personal injury, and small business representation, to name a few. He is a solicitor to two Pennsylvania municipalities and a zoning hearing board. Mike has an extensive experience in land development, zoning and municipal affairs.

Jonathan R. White

Jonathan R. White

Jonathan attended York College of Pennsylvania, where he received a Bachelor of Arts Degree in History in 2009. He went on to obtain his Juris Doctorate degree from Widener School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware. Throughout his law school career, Jonathan received accolades for trial advocacy and oral arguments.
 
In April 2013, he accepted a position with the Dauphin County Public Defender's Office. During his tenure there, he represented clients at all stages of the criminal justice system, from preliminary hearings to jury trials and appeals. While in the Public Defender's Office, he was a liaison to the Dauphin County Drug Court Program and was in charge of state revocation appeals to the Pennsylvania Board of Probation and Parole.
